Pricing questions
Is it priced per company or per user?
Per company. One subscription covers everyone who works on that FreeAgent company - there are no per-user charges. If you manage more than one company, each has its own subscription.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your 14-day trial gives you full access. We take payment the day after the last trial day, and you keep working without interruption. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
Why is there an introductory price?
The lower rate (£4.99/month or £49.99/year) is an introductory price for your first year. After 12 months it moves to the standard rate (£9.99/month or £99.99/year). We show you the standard price up front so there are no surprises.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you like from the Billing area inside Project Plus. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and everything you have set up is retained.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices shown include VAT. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
